Back in Damascus Syria, Yoga was not that popular or well known. In 2012, because of the war in the country, I had to flee to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where I have lived for 3 years. During my stay in Kuala Lumpur, I took the advantage and saw it as an opportunity for me to practice and learn Yoga. This is where I started learning more about it, and founded the huge benefits of Yoga, and it’s amazing effect on my psychological and physical health. While practicing Yoga, I can reach to higher levels of spiritual energy and more physical flexibility. That helped me to feel mentally and intellectually calm consequently, where it gave me space to concentrate more on my daily life duties. In addition to it’s psychological benefits, the connection, that the Yoga focuses in between breathing and moving have uncountable benefits on the long term to keep us healthy and strong.

Yoga is an important source for the soul and body, and a good way to discover our intuition. It is a journey that takes us to discover our inner self.
